It never ceases to amaze me that the liberal left can turn even the most damning evidence, right from the mouth of the enemy, into a diatribe against fighting for freedom around the world.

On July 26^th, a new Al-Qaeda video starring that inimitable finger pointer, Ayman al-Zawahri was broadcast by the terrorist’s favorite television network Al-Jazeera. In it al-Zawahri stated that he sees, and I quote, “all the world as a battlefield open in front of us.”

He went on to proclaim that “The war with Israel does not depend on cease-fires…It is a Jihad for God’s sake and will last until (al-Zawahri’s) religion prevails. We will attack everywhere.”

I am not a student of comparative religion. I admit that I do not know all of the ways that the holders of a faith attempt to attract and spread belief in their creed.

But, Seems To Me, the version of Islam practiced by the aforementioned al-Zawahri postulates that indiscriminate murder and militant force is required to produce new adherents. I’ve heard  that if one is unwilling to convert, that one will surely die due to separation of head from body. Even with the current advances in medicine this is probably a condition that can not be undone.

I am looking forward to how the unfit to print New York Times will try to spin this one. Some writer, who loves the terrorists, will pooh-pooh the quote as being taken out of context, or better yet, that they don’t have the capability to launch battlefields everywhere.

But that begs the question, and ignores the absolute purpose of the terrorist. Very few can initiate very much damage. And that is exactly the problem. The terrorist can’t and furthermore doesn’t want to fight fair; he (or she) simply wants to frighten us into submission, make us tired, and get us to give up. That is why they hide in broad daylight. This is why they are so dangerous. This is why they must be eradicated like the rats they are.

The terrorist attacks innocent people on trains, in subways, in office buildings, in airplanes, walking down the road to the corner store, on buses, in front of police stations, drinking coffee in cafes, eating in restaurants, in the street outside of U.S embassy buildings, next to UN buildings, and they close down newspapers – and jail or kill the editors…do the liberals not see that the very purpose of the terrorist is to create fear, as in FEAR.

No, they obviously do not see it.

The terrorist wants to make us nervous and uneasy, unsure of what to or not to do, and Seems To Me the terrorists should have the liberals nervous. They should be nervous. Their way of life; their cherished anti-Christian elitist attitude, their look down their noses certitude should be wavering with fear at what they would face if this became an Islamic country.

But, the question is - why don’t they seem to have fear? Do they think their superior intellect will protect them from those who remove heads?

Perhaps, they feel that a free press will continue in the Shira state that the terrorists want to impose on everyone. Maybe it would be just like the “free press” as established in Afghanistan under Taliban rule. And of course all female reporters will be exempt from the Burka, and allowed press credentials for interviews with the appointed Imam.

I presume they have their collective head in the sand. When ears are filled with sand, even liberals can’t hear what is really going on around them.
